1. The guest reception contract applies, as soon as a room is reserved and confirmed orally or written
    or – if a confirmation was not possible due to lack of time – has been prepared.
2. The contracting parties are guest and landlord. The conclusion of the guest reception contract obligates both parties to fulfil the contract.
3. a) The landlors is obliged, if not allocating the room, to pay compensation to the guest.
   The guest is obliged, if not claiming the contractual service, to pay the agreed or customary price less the expenses that the landlord saved. The savings based on the strenght of past experiences are:
   20% of the price for accomodation incl. breakfast. After the principle of good faith the landlord can, if possible, rent out the room that are not occupied to a different party to avert further damage.
   Up to that point the guest has to pay the agreed price for the contract period less the above-named savings.
5. Day of arrival and day of departure count as one day. At the day of arrival the reserved room is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure the guest needs to check out until 11 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.
6. The guest is liable for every damage caused by the guest.
7. Claims of the guest reception contract must be lodged by guest as well as landlord within one month after the journey.
8. Agreed place of venue is Bremen.
